Grinding path fault analysis:

The grinding path is caused by uneven grinding during the grinding process.Grinding wheelis caused by uneven grinding on the plate surface, mainly due to improper matching of plate roller speed, grinding wheel speed, grinding head travel speed, and pressure.

Grinding path rectification measures:

a. The pressure of the grinding machine's grinding head should generally be controlled at 60-80kg (requires professional pressure equipment for testing). The greater the pressure, the worse the grinding uniformity.

b. The plate roller speed and grinding wheel speed should have a speedometer. Generally, the grinding wheel speed should be 2-3 times that of the plate roller speed (3 times for smaller diameters, 2 times for larger diameters).

c. Prevent the plate roller from vibrating during the grinding process, and install shockproof measures before grinding.

d. The travel speed of the grinding head should not be too fast, generally distributing 8-9 grinding lines within a range of 1cm, meaning that for every 1cm the grinding head travels, the plate roller rotates 8-9 times.

e. The gap between the grinding head's lead screw and the nut should be appropriate to avoid the grinding head's travel turning into a stepping mode, which would worsen grinding uniformity.

f. The vertical angle between the grinding machine's grinding head spindle and the plate should generally be 5-10 degrees.

g. Replace with a relatively softer grinding wheel to improve grinding uniformity.
