Reason 1: The chrome layer is too soft.
Measure: Re-chrome the layer, controlling the hardness of the chrome layer.
Reason 2: The doctor blade pressure is too heavy, and there is improper operation using mechanical pressure.
Measure: Reduce the doctor blade pressure, and do not use mechanical pressure improperly. If it is necessary to use a heavy doctor blade due to other printing quality issues, it is recommended to identify the causes affecting printing quality and find solutions.
Reason 3: When installing the plate roller, if it is eccentric, it leads to uneven operation and periodic pressure wear.
Measure: Control the degree of eccentricity of the plate roller, with methods depending on the machine speed, keeping it within ±0.1mm for speeds below 150m/min.
