Reason 1: The chrome layer is too soft.
Measures: Re-chrome plating to control the hardness of the chrome layer.
Reason 2: The scraper pressure is too heavy, mechanical pressure is used for illegal operation.
Measures: Reduce the pressure of the squeegee, and do not use mechanical pressure for illegal operations. If you have to use a heavy squeegee due to other printing quality problems, it is recommended to find out the cause of the printing quality problem and find a solution.
Reason three: The eccentricity of the plate roller is large when the plate roller is installed, which leads to running bounce and periodic pressure wear.
Measures: Control the degree of eccentricity of the plate roller, the method depends on the machine speed, and the control is within ±0.1mm below 150m/min.
