The YDL deplating agent dechrome process is a fast and gentle dechrome process, especially suitable for the deplating of the chromium layer of printing gravure。
Its advantage lies in：
1.It is a sulfuric acid type catalyst and does not contain fluoride;；
2.Little damage to the substrate；
3.No need for electricity；
4.The deplating catalyst can produce passivation on the surface of the copper layer, so it is necessary to protect the surface of the copper layer during the deplating process. This kind of protection makes it easy to obtain a good electroplating effect when the plate roller is dechromed for the second time；
5.Compared with the hydrochloric acid type deplating process, the toxic gas is significantly reduced。
